It is the three a.m. of the soul—the hour when you are no longer the woman you were yesterday, but not yet the woman you are fighting to become. Let’s be honest about the peril first. Too often, women live on the verge of burnout, not transformation. We are taught to hold everything together: the career, the children, the aging parents, the marriage, the body that refuses to defy gravity.
