Wa ilā aṣḥābihi wat tābi‘īna lahum bi iḥsānin ilā yawmid dīn. "And to his companions and those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment." Recite Al-Fatihah, then:
Allāhumma awsil thawāba mā qara’nāhu ilā sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. "O Allah, convey the reward of what we have recited to our master Muhammad, peace be upon him." Recite Al-Fatihah again, then say:

Then say:
Allāhumma yā dhal manni wal jūdi wal karam, taqabbal tawassulanā wa a‘ṭinā su’lanā bi hurmatil fātiḥah. "O Allah, Owner of favor, bounty, and generosity, accept our tawasul and grant our request by the sanctity of Al-Fatihah." Then recite one more time to seal the tawasul . End of Tawasul NU Lengkap.
