There is no functional “Netcut” for non-jailbroken iOS devices. If you see an app claiming to cut Wi-Fi on iOS, it is either a scam or a simple network scanner at best. For legitimate network management on iOS, use Fing or Network Analyzer. For security testing, use a laptop with Kali Linux or a rooted Android device.
