Mario Strikers: Battle League is with friends, but shallow compared to previous Strikers games (like Charged on Wii). The core gameplay is excellent – fast, brutal, and rewarding – but the lack of modes, small roster, and repetitive single-player make it feel unfinished.

– You have friends to play locally or online regularly. Skip if – You want a deep single-player or varied multiplayer experience. Note on XCI files : If you’re using a backup XCI on a modded Switch or emulator, make sure you have the latest updates (v1.4.0 added Diddy Kong, Pauline, etc.) for the best experience.
