If you own a Samsung Galaxy phone (running Android 13, 14, or 15 with One UI 5, 6, or 6.1), your blocked numbers aren't gone forever. They are hiding in a specific menu inside your Phone app.
Open the Phone app (the green icon you use to make calls).
Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the screen. This opens the settings menu for the dialer.
