The difference is night and day. My living room no longer feels drafty, and the outside noise from Chicago Ave has been cut by at least 75%. The windows operate smoothly (no more paint-sealed sashes!) and the custom powder-coated finish looks stunning.

The crew was punctual, professional, and meticulous. They laid down drop cloths, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up every speck of dust and old caulking at the end of each day. Installing heavy steel windows in an old plaster wall is tricky, but they shimmed and leveled everything perfectly. No damage to my interior trim or exterior masonry.
