A survey was conducted among 500 young adults (ages 18-30) in Tamil Nadu, using a questionnaire that included items on demographic characteristics, relationship experiences, and attitudes towards FWB relationships. Additionally, 20 in-depth interviews were conducted with individuals who self-identified as being in FWB relationships. The survey data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, while the interview data were analyzed thematically.
