Yes, but it’s complicated.
So, does he make partner?
If you’re watching Suits , you know becoming partner at Pearson Specter (later Litt, etc.) is the holy grail. And Mike Ross—brilliant, photographic memory, but no law degree—has a unique path.
Would you have wanted to see Mike as a named partner instead? Let me know below!
Mike is named junior partner in Season 3 after negotiating with Harvey and Jessica. However, his secret constantly hangs over him. He later loses that title when his fraud is exposed, goes to prison, and eventually becomes a legit legal consultant after getting his law license through the bar (thanks to a deal and Anita Gibbs’s investigation).
By the series finale, Mike isn’t a named partner at the firm, but he returns to help close things out and chooses a different path—starting his own clinic with Rachel. So while he achieves the status of partner for a time, he doesn’t end the series as a traditional equity partner at the main firm.
