CATIA on a MacBook is a series of compromises. Intel MacBooks with Boot Camp work reasonably. Apple Silicon MacBooks are not suitable for serious CATIA work.
CATIA (by Dassault Systèmes) has no native macOS version. You cannot install and run CATIA directly on a MacBook. To run it, you must use Windows via dual-boot (Boot Camp) or a virtual machine (Parallels/VMware) .
